Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping cost is free worldwide. We run discounts and promotions, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on where you are. Orders will be within 3-4 business days and will take 7-10 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

We make everything we sell. Even better, we make it by hand. The artisanal crafting happens in Jaipur, India. We chose our hometown because it is the market for exceptional gemstones and experienced craftsmen. At Stoned, we match the master jewelers and setters for the perfect result.

What is the cost of shipping? Are the shipments insured?
We offer Free Express Shipping on all orders within India. We also ship international orders for free.
All shipments are insured and risk-free. We fully insure your package from the moment it leaves us to when it arrives at your door.
I have already placed my order. Can I change my shipping address now?
Yes, you can! Just give us a call at +91 9983174401 and we’ll change the address for you.
However, if the product is already shipped, there's not much we can do.
What happens if I want to return something?
If you’re not happy, we’re not happy. In fact, we’re pretty miserable. So if you’re not 100% happy with what you bought, we encourage you to return it for a full refund, or exchange it. You have 14 days to do that.
After we get the item – and don’t forget to include the free gift! – we will inspect it to make sure it didn’t fall into the trash compactor. (A little customer service humor.) If it’s in perfect condition, we will process your refund within 8-12 business days and credit your original payment method.
